Safe and Responsible Betting

cv66ap Responsible Gaming — Your protection is our commitment

cv66ap believes betting is for entertainment only. We place the highest priority on every player's mental and financial well-being and are committed to ensuring a safe gaming environment.

What is Responsible Gaming?

Responsible gaming means enjoying betting or gaming as a controlled form of entertainment — never as a way to earn money or solve financial problems. At cv66ap, we want every player to play consciously and within their means. Responsible gaming means keeping to your budget, managing your time, and asking for help when needed.

Many people in Bangladesh enjoy betting as part of their entertainment. However, for some it can turn into an addiction, which can harm family relationships and financial stability. cv66ap takes this seriously and has put multiple safeguards in place on our platform.

Our Protection Tools

cv66ap provides the following tools free of charge to keep every player safe.

Deposit Limit

Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month — entirely on your own terms. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.

Time-Out Break

Take a break from your account for a set period. Time-outs can be set from 24 hours up to 30 days. Logging in or betting is not possible during the break.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion when you need a long-term break. You can keep your account closed for a set period or permanently.

Betting History Review

View your complete betting history. Tracking how much time and money you have spent makes it easy to stay aware of your own habits.

24/7 Support

Reach our Bangladeshi support team at any time. Instant help in Bengali is available via live chat — no question is too small.

Reality Check

A reminder will appear on screen at set intervals, letting you know how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.

21+

For Adults Only

cv66ap is for players aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or betting by anyone under age is strictly prohibited. We verify age at registration and may request additional documents if necessary.

Signs of Problem Gaming

Be alert and seek support if any of the following signs appear in you.

  • Placing more bets to try to win back lost money — this is known as "chasing losses" and is a dangerous cycle.
  • Betting beyond your own set budget and repeatedly breaking your own promises.
  • Hiding your betting from family or friends, or lying about it.
  • Feeling anxious, restless, or irritable when you are unable to bet.
  • Using money meant for household necessities or debt repayments on betting.
  • Prioritising betting over work, studies, or family responsibilities.
  • Repeatedly failing in attempts to stop betting.

Keep Yourself Safe

💳

Budget Planning

Decide before you start how much you will spend this month. Treat it as an entertainment budget — accept that what you lose is gone.

⏰

Set a Time Limit

Decide the maximum time you will play each day. Set an alarm on your phone and close the app when the time is up.

🧘

Take Breaks

Instead of betting without stopping, take breaks along the way. Go for a walk outside, spend time with family — it clears your mind.

🤝

Tell Someone Close to You

Let a family member or trusted friend know about your betting habits. Having someone to be accountable to makes it much easier to stay in control.

Frequently Asked Questions

After logging into your account, go to the "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" section. There you can set separate deposit limits for each day, week, and month. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a short waiting period. For any issues, contact us via live chat.

No, your account balance stays safe when you self-exclude. Once the exclusion period ends, you can log back in and withdraw your balance. If you want to close your account permanently, our support team will arrange to return your remaining balance.

A time-out is a short-term break — typically from 24 hours up to 30 days. It is meant for a temporary rest. Self-exclusion, on the other hand, is long-term — it can range from several months to permanent. If you feel that betting is becoming a serious problem, self-exclusion is the right choice.

cv66ap strictly enforces the 21+ age rule. Age is verified at the time of registration, and identity documents may be requested in suspicious cases. If an underage account is detected, it is closed immediately and any deposited funds are returned.

Asking for help is a sign of courage, not weakness. Our support team will listen to you without any judgment. You can speak on live chat without giving your name. If betting has become a problem, contact us today.

Reality Check is a reminder that automatically appears on your screen at set intervals. It tells you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in that session. This feature can be turned on or off from Account Settings, and you can set the time interval yourself.

Enjoy Safely — Responsibly

cv66ap offers entertainment and excitement — but above all, your safety comes first. Play within the right budget and at the right time.
